Your Responsibilities
- Managing personnel matters, including cast scheduling, rehearsal and performance planning, and organizing cover arrangements
- Leading and directing promotional appearances and special events
- Working closely with the Director and Associate Director to ensure the artistic quality of the show
- Maintaining show standards through regular show watches and detailed notes
Your Profile
- Ideally, experience in a leadership role within other productions
- Or: a motivated career starter with initial experience who’s ready to take responsibility
- Solid theatre background and familiarity with workflows in musical productions
- Strong self-organization skills with a structured, reliable, and responsible working style
- A team player with a hands-on, DIY mindset who enjoys new challenges
- A high level of organization and attention to detail
- Enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for the performing arts
