Your Mission
As Location Manager, you are responsible for the safe, professional, and successful operation of the venue. You lead teams, coordinate processes, manage budgets, and ensure that every event becomes a memorable experience — for both guests and staff.
Your Responsibilities…
- Full operational responsibility for the venue
- Leadership, scheduling, and development of the on-site team
- Ensuring smooth event operations, including safety, technical systems, and infrastructure
- Managing budgets, costs, and key financial performance indicators
- Coordinating internal teams and external service providers
- Close collaboration with production, catering, and marketing
- Representing the venue to authorities, partners, and stakeholders
- Active crisis management and continuous quality assurance
Your Profile…
- Several years of experience managing venues, theatres, cultural institutions, or in event management
- Strong expertise in people management, organization, and budget responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of accountability
- Assertiveness combined with empathy and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for theatre, musicals, and live entertainment
