You are the creative voice of our brand from the stage to the social feed. Your visual concepts captivate audiences and bring them into the theatre. Whether on posters, social media, merchandise, or in campaigns, your sense of storytelling, layout, and visual language makes our musicals come alive everywhere and leaves a lasting impression.
Your Responsibilities…
Design, Brand & Campaigns
- Develop and implement design and visual concepts for our musical productions
- Design print and digital assets such as posters, flyers, playbills, advertisements, merchandise, social media graphics, and presentations
- Maintain, adapt, and further develop our corporate design across all media
- Visually support the brand positioning of our productions
Social Media & Digital Content
- Create high-performing social media visuals (posts, stories, reel covers, ads)
- Prepare files for print and coordinate with printing partners
- Coordinate projects and align with external service providers
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams (marketing, production, technical, and management)
Marketing & Communikation
- Creation and maintenance of design templates
- Print production preparation and coordination with printing partners
- Coordination and project management with external service providers
- Primary point of contact for internal teams (marketing, production, technical, and management)

- Quality-controlled creation, maintenance, and delivery of design templates
- Print production preparation and coordination with printing partners

Your Profile…
- Completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in media design, ideally within culture, events, or entertainment
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva skills are a plus
- Experience designing for social media, digital ads, and campaigns
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Bonus: Experience in video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) — your full skill set is highly valued here!
- Creative and concept-driven, yet structured and reliable in execution
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and initiative
- Passion for storytelling and visual dramaturgy
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and solid time management
- Affinity for theatre, musicals, culture, and live entertainment
