Your Role
You are the heart of our digital communication. You create content that captivates, entertains, and inspires — and ultimately brings people into the theatre. With strategic thinking, creative ideas, and hands-on production skills, you bring our social media channels to life and build an active, engaged community. You understand the unique dynamics of each platform and know how to use storytelling to trigger genuine emotions.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Content Development
- Develop a well-founded content marketing strategy for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create cross-channel concepts that tell our brand story consistently across platforms
- Strategic editorial planning and topic development
- Continuously optimize content performance based on KPIs and audience insights
Content- Production & Management
- Create, plan, and publish digital content (text, image, video, animation)
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos and reels
- Design and edit visual content in close collaboration with our design team
- Independently manage and optimize multiple social media accounts
- Live event content: capture the atmosphere and highlights on site and publish them in real time
Communiy & Influencer Management
- Active community management: respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors
- Recruit and manage influencers to strengthen our brand positioning
- Strategically plan and execute collaborations and campaign partnership
Projectmanagement & Cooperation
- Coordinate and track ongoing campaigns and content projects from briefing to execution
- Establish and maintain efficient workflows and tools for transparency and structure
- Develop and implement creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and special activations
analysis & Reporting
- Continuously monitor and analyze all social media channels
- Report on KPIs and derive actionable optimization measures
- Ensure high quality standards across all published content
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in social media content management, ideally in culture, events, or entertainment
- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategies and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Confident use of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Experience creating and editing graphics and visual content
- Solid understanding of KPIs and data analysis (reach, engagement, conversion)
- In-depth knowledge of influencer collaborations and community building
- Creativity & storytelling talent: you know how to tell stories that truly move people
- Strategic mindset: you think beyond tactics and understand the bigger brand picture
- Strong communication skills: clear, engaging, and effective communication with audiences and teams
- Empathy: you understand your audience’s needs and create relevant content
- Excellent time management & organization: you manage multiple projects with ease
- Hands-on mentality & initiative: you take ownership, act proactively, and bring your own ideas
