You create high-performing social media visuals, think video-first, use modern (including AI-supported) tools, and ensure that our shows shine digitally just as emotionally as they do on stage.
You combine design, moving image and innovation.
Your Responsibilities…
Digital & Social Media
- Design social media creatives (posts, stories, reels, ads)
- Conceptualize, shoot and edit short-form video content
- Develop performance-driven video assets – ideally with AI support
- Create reel covers and campaign visuals
Design & Campaigns
- Develop print and digital materials (posters, flyers, graphics, merchandise)
- Evolve and strengthen our visual brand identity
- Visually support the positioning of our productions
Innovation & Tools
- Work with modern design and AI-powered tools
- Test new creative formats and platform trends
- Help shape efficient production workflows
Your Profile…
- Degree or professional training in graphic design, media design or a related field
- Experience in social media design and ideally video editing
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
- Interest in AI-based graphic or video tools (experience is a plus, willingness to learn is equally welcome)
- A strong sense of storytelling, visual dramaturgy and composition
- Structured, independent working style
- Passion for theatre, musicals and live entertainment
