Stage Manager (m/w/d)

September 2026 to the end of April 2027

We are apiro Entertainment. Following the comedy success “Himmel und Kölle”, we are now producing
“Kick Like a Woman” based on a true story.
We work with a small, dedicated team on stage and behind the scenes, bringing this gripping piece of
musical theatre to life six performances per week.

Your Responsibilities…

  • As a Caller, you are responsible for the safe and smooth execution of the show. You handle technical preparations and coordinate all departments during the evening (technical checks). You run the show according to the cue schedule and operate the programmed lighting states. You also create and distribute show reports to the creative team and act as a key point of contact for the crew.
  • As a Props Manager, you ensure seamless backstage operations in a confined space. You prepare all props and lightweight stage elements for the performance and guarantee fast and efficient setup and strike during the show.
  • As part of the Stage Management Team, you work closely with your colleagues, maintaining a structured approach and a high level of attention to detail. You support stage rehearsals and contribute proactively. All stage elements fall under your supervision and care.

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have experience in stage management for other productions
  • Or you are a motivated career starter with initial experience and the confidence to take responsibility
  • You have theatre experience and are familiar with workflows in musical productions
  • You are highly organized, work in a structured manner, and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • You are a team player with a hands-on, “DIY” mindset and enjoy new challenges
  • You value order and maintain excellent self-organization
  • You enjoy working with people and are passionate about the performing arts
