„Last Call“
DRAMA
‘“Last Call,” a play by apiro Entertainment, depicts the legendary rivalry between Leonard Bernstein and Herbert von Karajan. Written by Peter Danish and directed by Gil Mehmert, the play premiered on Broadway in New York on March 16, 2025, and was nominated for the “Best of Broadway Award” in ten categories. With a star-studded cast including Helen Schneider, Lucca Züchner, and Victor Petersen, it tells the story of a final meeting in Vienna that sheds light on the past and music of the two legends. The play will be performed at the Hamburg Kammerspiele starting on February 18, 2026.

„Himmel & Kölle“
MUSICAL
“Himmel & Kölle,” an award-winning comedy musical by apiro Entertainment, has been thrilling audiences since 2020 with over 500 performances and more than 170,000 viewers. The plot revolves around Elmar, a young priest from the countryside who discovers Cologne’s nightlife and reaches the limits of his faith. The humorous yet thought-provoking story has won numerous awards, including four categories at the German Musical Theater Awards. Performances will take place at the Volksbühne am Rudolfplatz until March 29, 2026.

„Kick like a Woman“
MUSICAL
“Kick Like a Woman,” an impressive musical by apiro Entertainment, highlights the history of women’s soccer and topics such as women’s rights and equality. Directed by Gil Mehmert, it tells the inspiring story of the soccer pioneers of “SSG 09 Bergisch Gladbach.” The fictional protagonist Conny fights for the unofficial Women’s World Cup in Taiwan in 1981. With captivating stage design and compositions by Stephan Kanyar, it thrills audiences. Performances will take place in Cologne starting in November 2026.

„Die Weiße Rose„
Musical
With the support of apiro Entertainment, the musical “Die Weiße Rose” (The White Rose) about courage and responsibility in the resistance against the Nazi regime will be performed in Füssen and Munich in June 2025. The play tells the story of the young resistance fighters who fought against injustice with leaflets. It also addresses the themes of growing up and the search for identity. In 2025, the play won the German Musical Theater Award in the category “Best Musical” as well as in six other categories.

„The Lonely Musketeer“
ARTHOUSE FILMPRODUCTION
„The Lonely Musketeer“ (2024), an arthouse thriller from apiro Entertainment, directed by Nicolai Schumann, impresses with its double award-winning production. Shot in black and white, the film is reminiscent of classic chamber dramas. Protagonist Rupert, played by Edward Hogg, tries to unravel the mystery of his abduction in a windowless room. Using minimalist means, Schumann creates a gripping suspense that captivates and surprises the viewer.
